I downloaded EatWise a week ago, everything is perfect so far, I'm not tech savvy and for me it's very important that it's a very simple application to manage. I used the app for a month, it's true that you can eat absolutely anything you want, but we were faced with a major problem: the quantity. The app is not at fault, it calculates correctly, but reality hit me, I was eating an awful lot more than I should have. No wonder I gained weight. It's terribly hard to limit myself to the quantities that make me fit into the suggested calories to lose weight. But seeing the results I'm confident that I'm on the right track.
